encyclopedia dramatica should have it seriously because thats where it started out....

something about these guys where making fun of this pokefanatic and they brought in a mudkip and where all "So I heard you like mudkips" and the kid take the mudkip and like molests it or something.

everyone else was all o.o and thusly it became so...

Nah, that story is a joke that started out in 4chan though. I think the mudkip thing actually started in DA, like the meme. I can't remember the full thing now but someone was trying to start a conversation with someone else with the first actual "I heard you like mudkips". Brave person, them.
